We do not collect any personal information from anyone who is merely visiting or browsing our website. We will collect and maintain personal information when online forms are completed (such as online surveys) or when you send us an email. The information you provide can identify you individually and includes items such as your name, postal address, email address and account number (where applicable) and is used to send requested information and respond to enquiries made. Such data may be held by Courtiers and used for administration and analysis purposes. It may also be used to develop our relationship and provide you with additional information about products and services provided by Courtiers. Personal information will also be stored when required to meet legal and regulatory guidelines and to provide us with a record of communication between ourselves. As of 3rd January 2018, legal and regulatory guidelines require us to record all telephone calls facilitated by Courtiers’ Telephony Infrastructure System (inbound and outbound), as part of MiFID II, implemented by the European Commission.

Courtiers does not transmit any personal information collected through its website to any third party marketers. However, areas of our website may contain links to other websites that may be of interest to our customers. Once the visitor leaves the Courtiers.co.uk website, Courtiers does not receive any further information about them and does not have any control over the content or privacy policies of these sites.
