At Courtiers

Mark joined Courtiers in 2018 as a Paraplanner, to assist in providing technical support to the Adviser Team. He played a key role in bringing cash flow modelling to Courtiers and to clients. In early 2022, with the background of technical knowledge gained in his paraplanning role combined with experience in client-facing roles, Mark joined the Private Client team as an Adviser, to work directly with and support clients wishing to achieve their financial objectives.

Background / Experience

After studying Advertising & Brand Communication at the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, Mark gained over 15 years’ experience in a client-facing role managing a high end independent jewellers, before making the transition into financial services. Since then, Mark’s successfully achieved the Diploma in Financial Planning (Dip CII) and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

Outside Work

Mark is married to Rachel with a grown daughter, a young son and a mischievous beagle. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends playing board games, enjoying walks and fulfilling a lifetime enjoyment of creativity in painting and crafting.
