Background / Experience
Jake whetted his appetite for a career in Investment in the early 2000’s as a summer intern at Courtiers.
He went on to study Economics and Econometrics at University and simultaneous earned the IMC (Investment Management Certificate). He subsequently attained his CFA charter and Certificate in Quantitative Finance.
After spending a decade in the city predominantly working in Emerging Markets Equities, Jake re-joined Courtiers in 2017 and now heads up the Investment Team, adding his wealth of quantitative skills and experience to the business.
Outside Work
When he’s not engaged in quantitative modelling and analysis, Jake enjoys sport (especially F1), music and dog walks.
