Mark joined Courtiers in August 2021 to head up the management of various projects driving the business forward at pace. His core responsibility is to facilitate and deliver upon a wide range of business objectives, pulling teams together and influencing cohesive change within Courtiers to accommodate project outcomes and needs surrounding growth.

Background / Experience

With 15 years of broad experience across project management, derived within Financial and non-financial Services organisations and spanning multi-national to regional enterprises, plus a notable level of hands-on experience in Compliance, Mark is well placed to ensure all cogs are well oiled as projects are initiated and seen through to implementation and beyond.

Mark’s professional achievements are vast and include:

• DSDM Agile
• Six Sigma qualification

Outside Work

Married with two teenage daughters, Mark enjoys running, initially with his eldest daughter although she has now abandoned him “for being too slow”(!). Although this hasn’t stopped him completing several Marathons and Ultra Marathons. Off the ground and into the water, Mark enjoys flat-water Kayak racing with his youngest daughter.
