Steve joined the Courtiers team in 2024. As the Head of IT, he brings with him over 15 years of experience in the technology sector. Responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, Steve ensures the systems stay reliable, secure, and scalable, supporting everyday operations across the business. Leading the strategic direction of IT, and continuously improving and innovating internal platforms and services. Under his leadership, the IT team deliver a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, supporting both the technical and operational needs of the company.

Background / Experience

Steve’s career in IT began with as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), gaining exposure across a wide range of industries and technical environments, as well as customer service, troubleshooting, and multi-platform support. Moving into internal IT roles in sectors such as forensic research, legal and regulatory services, and engineering, Steve’s background includes cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and systems architecture, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how technology can solve business challenges.

Outside Work

Away from the office, Steve is a keen musician and can often be found with an acoustic or electro-acoustic guitar in hand, either writing music or performing. He’s been playing since he was five, so whether it’s jamming with friends or exploring new genres, music is his constant source of inspiration and relaxation.
